Access to the site

The Novoid site allows the User free access to the following services: Information on company activities (Vibe Hosting, Games), Waitlist registration, reading articles. The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear it.
