The confidentiality of your data is a top priority for Novoid. We are committed to processing your personal data in respect of privacy and in accordance with current legislation (GDPR).

Data Controller

The data controller is the company NOVOID, represented by Florent ETENDARD.

Data Collected

We only collect data necessary for our purposes: Identification data (Name, First Name, Email) via contact and waitlist forms; Connection data (IP Address, Logs) for security and anonymous statistical purposes; Responses to surveys via our Formbricks tool.

Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed for the following reasons: Managing your registration for the Waitlist and sending newsletters; Improving our services via statistical analysis (QoE); Managing site security and fraud prevention; Processing your responses to satisfaction surveys.

Retention Period

Data is retained for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. For example, contact data is kept for 3 years after the last contact from you. Connection logs are kept for 12 months.

Data Recipients

The collected data is intended exclusively for Novoid. It may be transmitted to our technical subcontractors (hosting) acting on strict instructions from Novoid. No data is sold to third parties.

Your Rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability and opposition regarding your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@novoid.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies & Trackers

Matomo measures visits without tracking cookies. Measurement is enabled by default and can be stopped by choosing Decline in the notice or the privacy preferences in the footer. A technical cookie remembers this choice for one year. The page address determines its language.
