What's really going on

I haven't posted anything here since February. It's not because nothing is happening — it's because way too many things are happening at once. Here is an honest update on where I stand.

🤝 Meetings & fieldwork

I had a discussion with Frédéric Cosniam, director of territorial promotion. This kind of contact opens doors that you can't open alone from a garage.

I pitched Novoid in front of DataOuest. It was very well received. A discussion for a collaboration is underway — I'll tell you more when it's concrete.

I've also developed solid contacts in research, with several axes starting to take shape. It's long term but it's set.

🧠 The AI Core

The demo that represents Novoid's foundations is at 90%. What I've built holds up — solid architecture, functional agents, orchestrated infra. I am demanding about what I deliver, so it takes the time it takes. But it's close.
