Katana moves toward a clearer loop
Less vague magic
The Novoid experience should remain immersive, but the product core must stay readable.
The loop currently being worked on fits into four blocks: Katana understands intent, builds a contract, turns that contract into a typed action, then triggers deployment through MCP and K3s.
Why it matters
A conversational interface can quickly become a disguised form. That is not the goal.
Katana must guide without drowning the user, clarify without asking players to think like system administrators, and produce structured output that infrastructure can execute.
The right proof level
The next milestone is not to promise a generic autonomous agent. The right milestone is more concrete: a short conversation, a correct contract, a reliable action, and a vanilla Minecraft server ready to join.
