Novoid

Two months in Italy

These two months in Italy have allowed me to move Novoid forward in two areas: technical development and market analysis. I wanted to take a moment to share this update before my return.

On the technical side, I have been able to work on automation at a larger scale in B2B, meaning activities between businesses. That has been the thread running through this period: developing what Novoid can make possible while keeping sight of the uses this work needs to address.

Connecting technology with needs

I have also carried out market analysis. For me, this work goes alongside development: it brings technical possibilities into conversation with the needs a project aims to address.

An opportunity for automation raises practical questions: which task is involved, who is it for, and what place does it have in the business? These connections give technology its purpose. The two areas inform each other: building opens possibilities, while examining markets helps frame questions about their usefulness.

Returning on Thursday, October 29

My return is planned for next Thursday, October 29, 2026. These two months will therefore have been a period of work on Novoid, both technical and market-focused. With departure approaching, I wanted to share an update on this period and the direction in which I have been able to develop the project.
